Our Culture Making our ambitious vision a reality will not be easy. So we don’t hide the truth…it’s not easy to work here. We’re bringing together a special team obsessed with their work and cultivating a culture characterized by many things, including but not limited to: - Uncommon hard work and commitment; -Unusual levels of autonomy and a builders mindset: solving > complaining; - Obsession over our audiences; - Refusal to compromise on standards for quality; - Relentless accountability & ownership; - Radical transparency + direct communication & feedback; - Low ego and pursuit of truth (and goals), not looking good. Our company culture will evolve over time, but many of these ideas are fundamental to what we do and who we are and, therefore, will not change. Every day, we strive to live as closely to these values as we can, and of course, it doesn’t always happen. We’re early in the journey, paddling out to catch the big wave. So it’s an exciting time balanced by the reality that creating something special is uncommon and requires uncommon commitment. For those with similar ideals — come be uncommon with us!
