Who We Are + What We Do: Booster is a mission-driven school fundraising company focused on cultivating virtuous leaders who want to change the world. Booster partners with over 6,000 schools each year and impacts over 3 million students across all 50 states. At the heart of our culture, our six virtues guide everything we do: Gratitude, Wisdom, Care, Courage, Grit, and Celebration. We deliver engaging, innovative, and active fundraising experiences for elementary and middle schools nationwide. From high-energy fun runs to all-in-one fundraising platforms and custom gear, we’ve helped schools raise over $1 billion for education. Booster is a fun, fast-paced, and purpose-filled place to work, where every day offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of students and school communities. Are You Booster ’s Next Centralized Lead Qualifier? As a Centralized Lead Qualifier on Booster ’s Revenue team, you’ll help create a seamless experience for prospective customers while supporting several initiatives that help Booster reach and serve more schools. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for inbound prospects—managing and qualifying leads, identifying the right Booster solution for their needs, and connecting qualified opportunities with the appropriate sales team. How You’ll Impact Booster ’s Mission: Manage and qualify inbound leads: Monitor incoming leads, filter non-sales inquiries, route opportunities to the appropriate owners, enter leads received through other channels, and maintain accurate information within our CRM. Connect prospects with the right solution: Communicate with prospective customers through calls, texts, and emails to understand their needs, determine fit, schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives, and maintain engagement throughout the qualification process. Redirect alternative opportunities: Develop an understanding of Booster ’s broader products and solutions and help prospective clients who aren't a fit for our traditional program identify other potential options. Connect appropriate prospects with internal teams and potential pilot opportunities. Support Commercial and My Booster sales: Prepare for and lead virtual sales conversations, communicate with prospective buyers, send follow-up materials and contracts, maintain accurate records, and connect new clients with the teams that will support their partnership. Support Sales projects and resources: Organize data, create and update presentations and resources, proofread sales materials, and provide project support that equips Field Sales teams to engage prospective customers effectively. Collaborate across teams: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Account Executives, Research & Development, and other teams to improve the inbound lead experience, share insights, and identify opportunities to strengthen processes and workflows. What You’ll Bring to the Table: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build relationships and establish trust with prospective customers Strong time management, organization, and follow-through Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage data and information Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift comfortably between sales, administrative, and creative work Curiosity and active listening skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Comfort leading virtual conversations with prospective customers Ability to consistently work MST/PST business hours Compensation: $18-$23/hour + commission Location : Remote Work Hours : Part time (15-20 hours/week) Exempt/non-exempt: non-exempt Originally posted on Himalayas
