You've written scripts that stopped thumbs, moved product, and hit CPA targets, and you can prove it. If that sounds like you, keep reading. About Purolabs Purolabs is an independent, family-run DTC supplements brand based in South London. We've served over 350,000 customers with clean, science-backed supplements. No cutting corners. Just a genuine mission to help people feel better. The Role Creative strategy is our biggest growth lever. We're hiring a Creative Strategist to own the full creative system for our paid advertising, from research and ideation through to briefing, production, and performance analysis. You'll develop ad concepts, write scripts and copy, create briefs, and work with editors and creators to produce ads that convert at scale. This is a performance role. Data guides everything. You'll live inside our ad accounts, study what's working, and use those insights to develop the next round of winning creatives. Creative instinct matters, but the numbers have the final say. Beyond individual ad creation, you'll build and refine the system itself: creative roadmaps, testing cadence, playbooks, feedback loops, and production workflows. The goal is a repeatable engine, not a series of one-offs. Your primary focus is Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Experience with TikTok or YouTube advertising is a bonus. You make creative decisions based on evidence, not gut feeling. You'd rather test than argue. Commercially minded. You care about ROAS and CPA, not just aesthetics. A beautiful ad that doesn't convert is a failed ad. Fast-moving. You can produce and iterate at pace without sacrificing quality. Speed and volume matter in creative testing. Proactive. You don't wait to be told what to test next. You bring ideas to the table constantly. Detail-oriented. Your briefs are clear. Your scripts are tight. You spot what others miss. A student of the game.
