Triage tenant maintenance requests, source competitive bids (HVAC, facility repairs), and approve vendor invoices. Track and process execution of SNDAs and Estoppel Certificates. Finance & Accounting Support: Perform annual CAM/OPEX reconciliations and handle move-out security deposit decisions. Assist leadership with budgeting, variance analysis, and monthly loan statement tracking.
