Remote Property Manager

About the role

About AllView Real Estate AllView Real Estate is a fast-growing, full-service real estate company focused on property management and residential and commercial sales brokerage, built on a clear mission: “Enhancing Lives Through All Things Real Estate.” With offices in Newport Beach, San Diego, and Santa Monica, AllView manages over $750M in real estate while helping agents and clients buy and sell across Southern California. We value a vibrant, collaborative culture where fresh perspectives and integrity drive our success, and we prioritize the satisfaction of our clients and tenants as much as the professional fulfillment of our team. Core Values Alignment with these values is non-negotiable for every hire and every decision: Collaboration: We win as a unified ecosystem, not in silos. That means keeping tenant and property records current so the whole team, across time zones, is always working from the same information. Compassion: We lead with empathy, internally and externally. That means following up with a delinquent tenant like a person navigating a hard month, not just a line item. Pursue Excellence: We reject the status quo and demand a high bar for performance, like responding to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries quickly and professionally, every time. Integrity: We do the right thing, especially when it’s hard, including logging a maintenance issue accurately even when it would be easier to let it slide. Innovation: We leverage technology, AI, and modern thinking to disrupt traditional models, from how we track turnovers in AppFolio to how we run market comps. Service: We exist to relentlessly serve our clients, our tenants, and our team. A maintenance request gets tracked from intake to resolution, not lost somewhere in between.
