Develop creative concepts and video drafts, incorporating team and stakeholder feedback into final deliverables. Collaboration & Performance Collaborate with the social media team to review performance and improve creatives based on engagement, retention, and other key metrics. Work cross-functionally with CRO, Media Buying, Sales, and other teams to support campaign and business objectives.
