About the role

We built a leading performance-driven network of 100+ sites across the US, Europe, India, and Australia, conducting research directly in the communities where care is delivered across gastrointestinal, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology. By combining deep clinical trial expertise with cutting-edge AI, we connect sponsors’ scientific ambitions with high-performing research teams that expedite and expand access to novel therapeutics for patients in need. Today, Iterative Health is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and New York City with 250+ employees world-wide. As a Territory Sales Representative at Iterative Health, you will drive the growth of our national clinical research network by developing new partnerships with independent cardiology physicians and physician practices across your assigned territory. This is a physician-facing sales role focused on identifying prospective partners, building trusted relationships with physicians and practice leaders, and converting qualified opportunities into new members of the Iterative Health network. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach through relationship development, qualification, and partnership execution. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build and maintain a strong qualified pipeline, develop meaningful physician relationships, and consistently convert prospective practices into active network partners. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who understands how to engage physicians, navigate practice-level decision-making, and turn new relationships into measurable growth.
